I am Tap Dancing Tom and I believe that black people have done themselves a disservice by maligning the so called "Uncle Tom" instead of emulating his proven methods of success. The "keep it real" crowd would have you believe that speaking proper English, wearing proper attire, having tastes outside of R&B, Rap and Hip-Hop somehow contribute to a loss of "identity".
